Common use of The Architect Clause in Contracts

The Architect. Engineer shall cause its employees, consultants, and sub-consultants to become familiar with the Owner’s Procedures Manual by training offered free of charge by attendance at Owner’s sponsored workshops, updates, and training.

The Architect. Engineer shall cause its employees, consultants, and sub-consultants to become familiar with the Owner’s Procedures Manual Document Collaboration System by training offered free of charge by from the Owner’s Document Collaboration System Provider. This training may also include attendance at Owner’s sponsored workshops, updates, and training.
