Common use of The Client is entitled to Clause in Contracts

The Client is entitled to. 2.4.1. Give instructions to the Bank to maintain the bank account, send requests to the Bank about payment documents, request duplicate statements and annexes to them. 2.4.2. ▇▇▇▇▇ claims to the Bank of improper execution of the Client's orders by the Bank within 5 (five) working days after their transfer to the Bank.
