THE FOREST SERVICE SHALL. A. Be responsible for the preparation and content of the EIS and make the ▇▇▇▇ final decision in accordance with the National Forest Management Act implementing regulations (36 CFR 219) and the Council for Environmental Quality’s Regulations for Implementing NEPA (40 CFR parts 1500-1508). B. Review, and incorporate into the EIS as appropriate, information provided by the Cooperator. C. Keep the Cooperator apprised of progress on the ▇▇▇▇ through regularly scheduled cooperating agency meetings to share information and collect feedback.
