Common use of The Improvements Clause in Contracts

The Improvements. As used herein, as to each Land Parcel, the term “Improvements” shall mean all Buildings, improvements, structures and fixtures and any further item on the books of Seller as a building or leasehold improvement now or hereafter located on or in such Land Parcel.
