THE PRIMARY SUPERVISOR Sample Clauses

The "Primary Supervisor" clause designates a specific individual or role responsible for overseeing the performance and compliance of a party under the agreement. Typically, this clause identifies who will act as the main point of contact for supervision, clarifies their authority, and may outline their duties, such as monitoring progress, approving deliverables, or addressing issues as they arise. By clearly assigning supervisory responsibility, the clause ensures accountability and streamlines communication, reducing confusion about oversight and decision-making within the contractual relationship.
