THE UNIVERSITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 12.1 The University cannot be held liable for any failure or interruption to services or facilities or for any loss occurring from such a failure or interruption unless caused by its own negligence.
12.2 The University will not disclose personal information obtained from you, except as permitted by clause 10.5 of this contract.
12.3 The University will provide the following services with reasonable skill and care:
12.3.1 The University will provide accommodation that is maintained to a reasonable standard and complies with health and safety regulations from time to time in force;
12.3.2 The University will ensure that the furniture provided is of a reasonable standard and complies with current health and safety requirements;
12.3.3 The University will arrange for kitchens and bathrooms to be cleaned, on a regular basis, subject to access and also subject to any Government restrictions or isolation restrictions in place at any given time.
12.3.4 The University will investigate and/or take reasonable steps to carry out any repairs for which it is responsible, within a reasonable amount of time (taking into account the nature of the repairs required in each case).

THE UNIVERSITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.1 The University shall appoint one representative as point of contact for Align with authority to act for and on behalf of University in respect of all operational matters concerning the Align Academic Programme and this Agreement.
2.2 The University will be solely responsible for the funding arrangements in respect of the Align Academic Programme. ▇▇▇▇▇’s support is limited solely to the provision of the educational items, services and support to be provided by Align pursuant to this Agreement ("Educational Support").
2.3 The execution and performance of this Agreement and, in particular, the provision of Educational Support by Align is in no way tied to or based on any past or future purchase, lease, recommendation, use, arrangement for the purchase, lease or prescription of Align’s proprietary and trademarked products, including "Invisalign" clear aligners, made available by Align from

1.4 Fatte salve le clausole 2.12 e 2.13 su richiesta degli Studenti del Programma, dopo il completamento del corso di laurea e il superamento dell’esame di stato per esercitare l'odontoiatria nel paese in cui operano, saranno ammessi a partecipare al programma di certificazione Invisalign Go a titolo gratuito. Dopo aver completato il programma di certificazione Invisalign Go, Align ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ di fornire un account che consente l'accesso al sistema di ordinazione per gli allineatori Invisalign ("Account ClinID") entro e non oltre un (1) anno dalcompletamento del programma universitario “Undergraduate Programme”.
THE UNIVERSITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES. The University, as the organising body, will insure the intern / trainee against industrial accident and civil liability with insurance companies specialising in this field.
THE UNIVERSITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.1 The University will provide administrative services to assist the AMD with the provision of the Administrative Medical Director Services.
2.2 The University will provide EMS-subspecialty-advising services as needed. The City will communicate any needed services to the AMD who, in turn, will identify the appropriate services and facilitate the needed exchange of information among the parties.
THE UNIVERSITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.1 The University may provide the Introducer with necessary materials, documentation and other information that it generally provides to introducers performing a similar role.
3.2 The University will generally notify in writing or by email any Student introduced by the Introducer who is successful in securing a place on a Programme. Such confirmation of a successful application typically includes details of tuition fees (including the Commission payable to the Introducer), Programme details and relevant dates.
3.3 On receipt of the Fee from a Student, the University generally issues written confirmation of receipt of same to that Student.
3.4 If a Student wishes to transfer to another Programme before completing the Programme in which that Student first enrolled, or wishes to withdraw from studies at the University during the course of a Programme, the then current form of policies and regulation of the University will apply.

2.4 The University acknowledges and agrees that the Educational Support is provided strictly for the purpose of education, and shall not be used by
THE UNIVERSITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES a. The University shall designate the University Project Manager and specific representatives to act on behalf of the University. At appropriate points in the process, the University Project Manager will identify University personnel to be included in the design process.
b. The University Project Manager shall serve as the principle contact for the Professional for the duration of the project and will be responsible for obtaining acceptances from University administration and responsible parties.
c. The University Project Manager will initially establish the scope of the project that will be defined in terms of the limits of the program, the preferred quality level and project cost. The Project Manager will provide direction and clarification on the project and the expectations of the Agreement and will give the Professional written notice of any change in the scope of the project.
d. The University shall prepare and furnish to the Professional, if considered necessary, a written outline, University Program/ Project Statement, of requirements reasonably necessary to enable the Professional to perform its services.
e. The University shall establish a maximum cost for the project. The University Project Manager will provide the standard format for reporting the total project costs.
f. The University Project Manager shall provide and review with the project team its “standards and design guidelines” early in the process so that the Professional is able to incorporate the University requirements in the early phases of the design. Any deviation will require justification and acceptance in writing from the University.
g. The University shall provide the Professional with pertinent project dates and key milestone dates.
h. The University may furnish at its own expense and option Construction Management Services.
i. The University shall provide the Professional, if requested, with available information, documentation, as-built and record drawings, existing system and infrastructure information, surveys and such other requirements as may be necessary to enable the Professional to perform their services. The furnishing of the information by the University shall not relieve the Professional of the responsibility to evaluate the information and to notify in writing of any additional information needed or services requested from the owner in order to perform its
