Common use of Third Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Third Shift Differential. All employees with a clinical job classification who work a shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 10:00pm and 6:30am shall receive a differential of two dollars ($2.00) per hour worked in that shift. Lead Differential: CNAs who have been designated as a mentor/lead by the Employer in order to train new employees shall receive a one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) differential per hour.
