Common use of Third Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Third Shift Differential. For all custodial hours worked during a shift, defined as third shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.), the employee will be compensated with a shift differential of $0.50 per hour. Effective July 1, 2019, the hourly differential will increase to $0.75 per hour.
