Common use of TIME ALLOWANCES Clause in Contracts

TIME ALLOWANCES. The District will provide all employees covered by this MOA a work week of forty (40) hours, consisting of either five (5) days of eight (8) hours each day, with two consecutive rest days in each seven (7) day period or four (4) days of ten (10) hours each with three (3) consecutive rest days in each seven (7) day period. Eight (8) consecutive hours worked will constitute a workday, or ten (10) consecutive hours on a four-day work week will constitute a work day, excluding meal periods.
