Time and Material Services Sample Clauses

The Time and Material Services clause defines how compensation is calculated for services based on the actual time spent and materials used, rather than a fixed price. Under this arrangement, the service provider bills the client for labor at agreed hourly or daily rates, plus the cost of materials and possibly other expenses incurred during the project. This clause is commonly used when the scope of work is not fully defined or may change, providing flexibility for both parties. Its core function is to ensure fair payment for work performed while accommodating projects with uncertain or evolving requirements.
