The employer shall keep a time and wages record in which shall be correctly recorded:- a) The name and last known postal address of every employee employed. b) The kind of work in which they are employed. c) The daily hours of their employment. d) The wages paid on each pay day and the date thereof. Employees will use time recording systems provided by the employer as may be necessary to accurately record hours worked and absences. The employer shall ensure employees are able to access all leave and pay enquires.
