Common use of Time Change Clause in Contracts

Time Change. Actual hours worked will be compensated at straight time rates for the shifts on which the time change occurs. Overtime will not be paid for additional hours worked during a twenty-four (24) hour period as a result of a change over to daylight savings time from standard time or vice versa. (a) Effective January 1, 2022, a nurse will be paid a shift differential of two dollars and nine cents ($2.09) for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 2300 hours daily (evening premium) and a shift differential of two dollars and forty-three cents ($2.43) for each hour worked between 2300 hours and 0700 hours the next day (night premium). (b) Effective January 1, 2022, nurses shall be paid a weekend premium of two dollars and sixty-four cents ($2.64) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, with full retroactivity. This premium shall be in addition to any other premium.

(b) Effective January 1October 17, 2022, 2017 nurses shall be paid a weekend premium of two dollars and sixty-four forty cents ($2.642.40) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, with full retroactivity. This premium shall be in addition to any other premium.
