Time Measure Sample Clauses

A Time Measure clause defines how time periods are calculated and interpreted within a contract. Time Measure. The Time Measure shall be satisfied with respect to a Unit if the Holder is an employee, consultant or a member of the board of directors (or a similar position) of the Group for the period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on the applicable Time Vesting Date listed below.
