Common use of Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Payment Clause in Contracts

Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Payment. ‌ (a) Notwithstanding the foregoing, overtime earned by an Employee may be banked and taken as time off in lieu of overtime payment at a time mutually agreed between the Employee and the Executive Director. (b) Time off in lieu of payment for overtime shall be calculated on the basis of the premiums specified in Articles 17.1 and 17.2 above.
