Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime. Where an Employee works overtime, the Employee may by mutual agreement with the Company, forego payment for the overtime and be released for an equivalent period of hours with pay at a mutually agreed time (i.e. on an hour for hour basis). If on the termination of an Employee’s employment, time off for overtime worked by the Employee has not been taken, the Company will pay the Employee for the overtime at the overtime rate applicable to the overtime when worked.
