Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime. By agreement with the employer and at a time agreed with the employer an employee may take time off in lieu of overtime and such time will be an hour off work for each hour worked.

Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime. 6.6.1 By agreement with between the employer and at a employees, the ordinary time agreed with the employer an employee hours equivalent of overtime hours worked in any pay period, may take be taken as time off in lieu of overtime and payment for such hours worked. 6.6.2 The time when such leave is taken will be an hour by mutual agreement between the employer and employee but must be taken within three calendar months of when the overtime hours for which the time off work for each hour workedin lieu is being granted, was worked unless otherwise agreed by the employer.
