Time to Submit. The School shall provide the Sponsor with proof of insurance pursuant to Section 8(F) of this Charter.

Time to Submit. The School shall furnish the Sponsor with fully completed certificate(s) of insurance, signed by an authorized representative of the insurer(s) providing the coverage, four (4) weeks before the initial opening day of classes for each school year. The certificates shall name the Sponsor as an additional insured for all insurances except workers’ compensation. The insurance shall be maintained in force, without interruption, until this Charter is terminated. Failure to comply with this provision shall be considered good cause for termination or nonrenewal of this Charter.
Time to Submit. As evidence of compliance with the insurance required by this contract, the School shall furnish the Sponsor with fully completed certificate(s) of insurance signed by an authorized representative of the insurer(s) providing the coverage by June 1 in the first year of the charter and by July 15 for each subsequent year of the charter term.
Time to Submit. As evidence of compliance with the insurance required by this Agreement, BAC shall furnish Customer with fully completed certificate(s) of insurance signed by an authorized representative of the insurer(s) providing coverages.   • Right to Subcontract Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, subcontract for the provision of services under this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the provisions of this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are applicable to any service providers or subcontractors engaged by Company to perform or provide any service set forth herein to you, and bind you to said service providers and subcontractors with the same force and effect as they bind you to Company. Any service provider or subcontractor and Company are each independent contractors (not partners or joint ventures).

  • APPLICABILITY TO SUBCONTRACTORS Respondent agrees that all contracts it awards pursuant to the contract awarded as a result of this Agreement will be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.

  • Amendment to Subsection 8.1(c). Subsection 8.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (c) of such subsection in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

  • Time Limit to Submit to Arbitration Failing satisfactory settlement at Step 3, and pursuant to Article 10, the President, or his/her designate, may inform the Employer of his/her intention to submit the dispute to arbitration within: (a) thirty (30) days after the Employer's decision has been received; (b) thirty (30) days after the Employer's decision is due.
