Timely completion of work. (a) Supplier will have appropriate crews dispatched within one (1) hour of the initial call for storm restoration. Dispatched is defined as crew has left location where truck is based. (b) For transmission and distribution foliar work, Herbicide treatment shall be completed during the growing season while the foliage is fully developed and still has its normal green color and vigor, approximately from mid June to September 1. If the Company feels that work will not be completed additional resources will be brought in at the Supplier’s expense. (c) Work allocated in the maintenance plan process will be completed in the year in which it is awarded. Liquidated damages and adjustments are set forth in the Maintenance Work Adjustment section below. Timely completion of work. The Owner agrees to begin work no later than the date for commencement of work as stated in Section 1.1.B. In the event the work is not commenced, diligently continued, and completed as required under this Agreement, DCHA may terminate this Agreement or take other appropriate action. The Owner agrees to report promptly to DCHA the date work is commenced and furnish DCHA with progress reports as required by DCHA.
Timely completion of work. All the supply and the work must have to be completed in all respects within the time specified in Notice Inviting Tender from the date of commencement as mentioned in work order. Time for completion as specified in the tender shall be deemed to be the essence of the contract.

Alternatively, if the Company has completed the Work, the Company must send a written notification by email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ within 5 days to advise The City, in the form required by The City, that the Work is completed.
Timely completion of work. Contractor must complete the Work in a prompt and diligent manner and achieve the Completion of Work in accordance with the time designated in the Construction Schedule. Contractor acknowledges that failure to meet the Construction Schedule is a material breach of the Contract. If Contractor is behind in the Work or if any portion of the Work is not commenced, performed, finished and delivered at the time established by Builder, Builder may direct Contractor, on forty eight (48) hours notice, to furnish additional labor and expedite deliveries of material and equipment, at Contractor's cost. If additional labor is not available, Builder may require Contractor to work overtime or additional shifts (and/or weekends and holidays) to such an extent as will be sufficient to achieve the Completion of Work or any portion of the Work in accordance with the Construction Schedule, all at Contractor's cost.

  • Completion of Work The Contractor agrees to complete the work on, or before October 29, 2021.

  • Commencement and Completion of Work The professional services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall commence within five (5) days from the Effective Date of this Agreement. Failure to commence work in a timely manner and/or diligently pursue work to completion may be grounds for termination of this Agreement.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. 13.2.2 If, within one year after the Date of Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof or within one year after acceptance by the State of designated equipment or within such longer period of time as may be prescribed by law or by the terms of any applicable special warranty required by the Contract Documents, any of the Work is found to be defective or not in accordance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of a written notice from the State to do so unless the State has previously given the Contractor a written acceptance of such condition. This obligation shall survive termination of the Contract. The State shall give such notice promptly after discovery of the condition. 13.2.3 The Contractor shall remove from the site all portions of the Work which are defective or non-conforming and which have not been corrected under Subparagraphs 4.5.1, 13.2.1 and 13.2.4 If the Contractor fails to correct defective or nonconforming Work as provided in Subparagraphs 4.5.1, 13.2.1 and 13.2.2, the State may correct it in accordance with Paragraph 13.2.5 If the Contractor does not proceed with the correction of such defective or non- conforming Work within a reasonable time fixed by written notice from the Architect, the State may remove it and may store the materials or equipment at the expense of the Contractor. If the Contractor does not pay the cost of such removal and storage within ten days thereafter, the State may upon ten additional days written notice sell such Work at auction or at private sale and shall account for the net proceeds thereof, after deducting all the costs that should have been borne by the Contractor, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services and expenses made necessary thereby. If such proceeds of sale do not cover all costs which the Contractor should have borne, the difference shall be charged to the Contractor and an appropriate Change Order shall be issued. If the payments then or thereafter due the Contractor are not sufficient to cover such amount, the Contractor shall pay the difference to the State. 13.2.6 The Contractor shall bear the cost of making good all work of the State or separate contractors destroyed or damaged by such correction or removal. 13.2.7 Nothing contained in this Paragraph 13.2 shall be construed to establish a period of limitation with respect to any other obligation which the Contractor might have under the
