TRAFFIC CONTROLS. 14.1 For security and safety reasons the speed limit on the Estate for all Building Contractors vehicles is 35 km/h. 14.2 No contractors, sub-contractors, employee and/or delivery vehicles entering the estate will be allowed to be overloaded with personnel or material. No personnel will be allowed to hang on to any moving vehicle or other equipment. 14.3 The contractor is responsible for all his employees, sub-contractors and delivery vehicles to ensure adherence to these rules. Breach: > Failure to adhere to the traffic rules will result in a written notification to the offender. All violations will be logged. Repeated offenders will be penalized and denied access to the Estate. > In addition, the Contractor will be fined R500,00 per offence.
TRAFFIC CONTROLS. Prior to disrupting traffic flow on a campus/city roadway and to avoid causing a potential hazard to pedestrians or vehicles, the Contractor shall arrange for and pay for security details through the ▇▇▇▇▇ College Public Safety Office. In all cases, ▇▇▇▇▇ College’s Campus Public Safety Office shall be the final authority of what activity is a potential hazard to pedestrians or vehicles.
TRAFFIC CONTROLS. 11.1 Only licensed drivers are permitted to drive vehicles on the Estate. 11.2 For security and safety reasons the speed limit on the Estate for all BUILDING CONTRACTORS vehicles is 40 km/h. 11.3 No BUILDING CONTRACTORS, sub-contractors, employee and/or delivery vehicles entering the estate will be allowed to be overloaded with personnel or material. No personnel will be allowed to hang on to any moving vehicle or other equipment. 11.4 The BUILDING CONTRACTOR is responsible for all his employees, sub-contractors and delivery vehicles to ensure adherence to these rules.
TRAFFIC CONTROLS. The City shall operate and care for traffic lights, directional guides and controls, and parking controls and shall perform the necessary repairs and alterations thereto; it being understood that the arterial highways are subject to the jurisdiction of the Traffic Engineering and Safety Division with relation to the installation of traffic lights and warning signs specifically by the State pursuant to the statute in such cases made and provided. This work shall be done in accordance with the Department of Transportation Maintenance Standards for Arterial Highways revised October 1, 1972, as amended.
TRAFFIC CONTROLS. The Contractor shall furnish all local Police Officers to direct traffic and to keep the traffic off any part of the roadway in which construction is being carried out on, as, in the opinion of the Engineer are necessary for such purpose. Arrangements for officers shall be made well in advance of the work schedule for each day. If for any reason the Contractor cancels work for that day, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department is not given advance notice, the Contractor will be responsible for that officer's wages. If the contractor has performed work that has not been accepted by the town and has to be redone to meet the specification, then the contractor is responsible for the expense of the police details due to poor workmanship or warrantee issues. Except in the instance above, the Owner will reimburse the Contractor for all other police details. The contractor must submit payments directly to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department or other police department’s that have supplied officers to the job site and supply copies of invoices showing invoice has been paid to the Department of Public Works as proof of payment.

No contractors, sub-contractors, employees and / or delivery vehicles entering the estate will be allowed to be overloaded with personnel or material. No personnel will be allowed to hang on to any moving vehicle or other equipment. The BUILDING CONTRACTOR is responsible for all his employees, sub-contractors and delivery vehicles to ensure adherence to these rules. It must be ensured that no traffic is obstructed by vehicles parked in the road.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Export Controls Both Parties will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and rules relating to the export of technical data and will not export or re-export any technical data, any products received from the other Party or the direct product of such technical data to any proscribed country listed in such applicable laws, regulations and rules unless properly authorized.

  • Audit Controls a. System Security Review. CONTRACTOR must ensure audit control mechanisms that record and examine system activity are in place. All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have at least an annual system risk assessment/security review which provides assurance that administrative, physical, and technical controls are functioning effectively and providing adequate levels of protection. Reviews should include vulnerability scanning tools.

  • Access Controls a. Authorized Access - DST shall have controls that are designed to maintain the logical separation such that access to systems hosting Fund Data and/or being used to provide services to Fund will uniquely identify each individual requiring access, grant access only to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privileges, and prevent unauthorized access to Fund Data. b. User Access - DST shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any DST personnel who no longer requires such access. DST will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • TIA Controls If any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies, or conflicts with another provision which is required to be included in this Indenture by the TIA, the required provision shall control.
