Traffic Demand Management Program. In order to encourage alternate means of transit and to minimize, to the extent practicable, the traffic impacts associated with the Master Plan, the Owner also agrees to identify and implement all Transportation Demand Management policies, measures and transportation improvements (“TDM Measures”) discussed in the Traffic Study at pages 56-58 a copy of which are attached hereto as Exhibit _J-1.
