Trainee Programs. “General Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance, Building Maintenance and Landscape Maintenance Trainees” will be separate classifications under Schedule A with progressive wage rates as set forth in Schedule A. Trainees will be assigned to shifts at the discretion of the Employer in order to ensure full training for the employee.
