Common use of Trainee Programs Clause in Contracts

Trainee Programs. CONCESSIONAIRE undertakes to include, on an annual basis, and in connection with each CONCESSION which term is extended hereunder, at its expense, an university / college student settled in the Province of Río Negro and enrolled in any course of studies relating to the hydrocarbons’ segment, hired under Law No. 26,427 and related provisions, so as to provide them with training in connection with industry-related activities.
