Training Course. The Employer shall post all optional in-service training courses for a period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days. The posting shall contain the name and date of the course and where further information can be obtained. Where an employee applies for posted training and is bypassed by the employer and a less senior employee is trained, the employee shall not be denied the right to bump or to be promoted to a position based only on the fact that the employee has not completed the training.
