Training Course. The employer shall post any training courses and experimental programs for which employees may be selected. The bulletin shall contain the following information: (a) Type of course (subject and material covered). (b) Time, duration and location of course. (c) Minimum qualifications required for the applicant. This bulletin shall be posted for a period of two (2) weeks on bulletin boards in all departments to afford all interested employees an opportunity to apply for such training. Time spent in such training shall be considered to be time worked. Training shall be offered on a seniority basis in the following priority order: 1. For re-certification and/or for legislative requirements 2. To employees currently holding a permanent work assignment in the activity related to the training 3. To employees currently holding a temporary work assignment in the activity related to the training 4. To employees not trained in the activity related to the training.
