TRAINING DIFFERENTIALS. a. Employees in classes that do not normally provide training shall receive a five percent (5%) differential for the actual time spent training provided that the following conditions are met: (1) The employee must have been assigned the responsibility by his/her supervisor and; (2) The total of the time spent training must be at least two or more hours per pay period. b. Employees in classes that do not normally provide training shall receive a 10% differential for the actual time spent preparing and presenting training provided that the following conditions are met: (1) The conditions in a. (1) and a. (2) above are met; (2) The employee prepares training materials and provides training to a group of employees in a structured setting c. An employee shall not receive the differential in Subsections a. and b. above for the same hours.
