Common use of TRAINING INCENTIVE Clause in Contracts

TRAINING INCENTIVE. 8.9.1. An assigned training officer shall be eligible to receive an additional two dollars ($2.00) an hour for each compensable hour worked in a training assignment as directed by the manager or designee while training new employees during their designated training period. Overtime trainer pay is not authorized. 8.9.2. An employee will be eligible to receive an additional fifty cents (50¢) for each compensable hour worked out of the immediate center and providing public education and ACCESS certification training.
