Common use of Training Required Clause in Contracts

Training Required. All Officers must be willing to undergo periodic training, upgrading, orientation, etc. as deemed necessary by the Company and/or the Company’s client. Officers must demonstrate a minimum level of comprehension for training related to the activities of the vessel and further demonstrate the proper implementation of their specialized training through their work effort.
