  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Courses 16.4.1 Training courses, as well as the minimum and maximum numbers of trainees per course provided for the Buyer’s personnel, are defined in the applicable training course catalog published by ANACS (the “Training Course Catalog”) and will be scheduled as mutually agreed upon during a training conference (the “Training Conference”) that will be held as soon as practicable after signature of this Agreement and no later than May 31, 2007.   • Students Payments which a student or business apprentice who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.
