Common use of Transaction Processing Clause in Contracts

Transaction Processing. 10.1 Except for such transactions for which a different process is set forth in Exhibit A, transactions will be processed in accordance with the EBT Standards. These transactions include, but are not limited to, account administration and reporting of customer class usage. Any changes in these standard transactions will be in accordance with the EBT Standards. Costs will be borne by the Parties in accordance with Chapter 322. Archiving of data shall be per the EBT Standards or other applicable Precept. Timing and frequency of data transfers shall be in accordance with Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time. 10.2 Each Party shall be responsible for archiving data necessary for meeting its own business requirements.
