Common use of Transfer of Drainage System Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Drainage System. VLAWMO shall have the authority of a watershed district under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 103B, Chapter 103E, and other applicable law to accept the transfer of drainage systems in the watershed, to repair, improve, and maintain the transferred drainage systems, and to construct all new drainage systems and improvements of existing drainage systems in the watershed. All such activities and projects shall be carried out in accordance with the powers and procedures set forth in Minnesota Statutes, Chapters 103B and other applicable law, and must be in conformance with the Watershed Management Plan adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapters 103A through103H.
