TRANSFER TO LOWER PAYING CLASSIFICATION. If the transfer is requested by the Hospital, the employee shall suffer no loss of pay by reason of the transfer except that if the employee is incompetent to perform the duties of his present position, the Hospital reserves the right to offer such employee a position suited to his abilities at a rate pay which falls within the bracket established for the position offered.
