Common use of Transformers Clause in Contracts

Transformers. To the extent of Landlord's rights therein, any electric transformer in or on the Land, on the Property, or used by or connected to the Land (collectively the "Transformer") for Tenant to connect thereto to transmit electricity generated by the System to the Grid. (The Equipment and Transformer are more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.)
