Common use of Transition for Local Switching Clause in Contracts

Transition for Local Switching. 4.2.1 For purposes of this Section 4, the Transition Period for the Embedded Base of Local Switching is the twelve (12) month period beginning March 11, 2005 and ending March 10, 2006. 4.2.2 For the purposes of this Section 4, Embedded Base shall mean Local Switching and any additional elements that are required to be provided in conjunction therewith that were in service for Covad as of March 10, 2005.
