Transition Steps Sample Clauses

The "Transition Steps" clause outlines the specific actions and procedures that parties must follow to smoothly transfer responsibilities, assets, or services from one party to another, typically at the end or change of a contractual relationship. This may include timelines for handing over documents, training of new personnel, or the return of equipment and confidential information. By clearly defining these steps, the clause ensures an orderly transition, minimizes disruption, and helps prevent disputes or misunderstandings during the handover process.
