Common use of Transitional Provisions Clause in Contracts

Transitional Provisions. Effective on the date of signing of the Collective Agreement, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause C2.03, shall be credited a one- time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.

Transitional Provisions. Effective on the date of signing of the Collective Agreement, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause C2.03B11.03, shall be credited a one- one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.
