TRASH ENCLOSURES Clause Samples

The "Trash Enclosures" clause defines the requirements and standards for the storage and containment of waste and refuse on a property. Typically, it specifies the type, size, and location of enclosures that must be used for trash bins or dumpsters, and may require that these areas be screened from public view or constructed of certain materials. This clause ensures that waste is managed in a sanitary and visually unobtrusive manner, helping to maintain property aesthetics and prevent health or nuisance issues related to improper trash storage.
