Common use of Trial Completion Clause in Contracts

Trial Completion. This Agreement will terminate when the Trial is complete. For purposes of this Agreement, the Trial is considered complete after conclusion of all Protocol-required activities for all enrolled Trial Subjects; receipt and acceptance by Sponsor of all relevant Protocol- required Trial Data, Records, and Biological Samples; database lock; and receipt of all payments due to any Party.
