Truthfulness. Employee agrees not to withhold or misrepresent material facts to Company, or to any consumer, agency, insurer, or investor. It is Employee’s obligation and responsibility to disclose any and all information regarding an applicant’s state of affairs that would customarily be taken into consideration in the evaluation of an applicant’s creditworthiness. At no time will Employee advise an applicant to provide, or assist an applicant in providing, inaccurate information in relation to a loan application.
