The Tuberculin Test clause establishes the requirement for testing individuals, typically employees or animals, for tuberculosis using a standardized tuberculin test. In practice, this clause may specify the frequency of testing, the procedures to be followed, and the documentation required to confirm negative results before employment or continued participation in certain activities. Tuberculin Test. ‌ Any member of the bargaining unit who has contact with students may be required to submit to a tuberculin test at no cost to the employee, if, in the opinion of the Department of Health, such action is necessary.

Tuberculin Test. The District will reimburse each employee equal to the cost charged by the Kalamazoo County Health Department for the required Tuberculin test. Payment will be in September; but for new employees hired after September, payment will be made upon submission of evidence. Employees will be required to submit evidence of payment. Initial placement of a new employee shall be made by the Department of Human Resources.

Bargaining unit members shall have the option of securing the test or X-ray elsewhere at their own expense. All bargaining unit members not able to take the skin test or those with positive tuberculin skin tests shall have X-rays immediately at a place and time designated by the Employer and at Employer expense.
Tuberculin Test a. Prior to working in our schools, mandatory tuberculin tests are required for the professional staff. The Board will provide these tests through the school nurses or the school physician or the staff member’s physician at District cost.
Tuberculin Test. Tuberculin tests are required of public school employees every three (3) years. The cost of such test will be reimbursed by the Employer at the prevailing rate charged by the Wayne County Health Department or the actual cost, whichever is lower. A receipt must be presented to receive reimbursement.

  • Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing This plan covers human leukocyte antigen testing for A, B, and DR antigens once per member per lifetime to establish a member’s bone marrow transplantation donor suitability in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-36. The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time. At the time of testing, the person being tested must complete and sign an informed consent form that also authorizes the results of the test to be used for participation in the National Marrow Donor program.

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act. (B) All classes covered by this Agreement are designated special risk classes for drug testing purposes. Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, , the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”), and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by LEA pursuant to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. ▇▇▇ shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by ▇▇▇.

  • ODUF Testing 6.6.1 Upon request from TWTC, AT&T shall send ODUF test files to TWTC. The Parties agree to review and discuss the ODUF file content and/or format. For testing of usage results, AT&T shall request that TWTC set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of TWTC’s employees making test calls for the types of services TWTC requests on ODUF. These test calls are logged by TWTC, and the logs are provided to AT&T. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.
