Turnkey Basis. All ▇▇▇▇▇ drilled on the Contract Area shall be drilled on a Turnkey Basis at the rate set forth below in Section 4, unless otherwise agreed in Writing between Owner and Operator.
Turnkey Basis. On a turnkey basis, perform, furnish, be responsible for, and pay the cost of, all of the Work, including all services, labor, Equipment and Materials and supervision necessary to provide an operable Power Plant in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
Turnkey Basis. Payment becomes due for all turnkey services when Contractor completes the drilling to Turnkey Depth and performs such other turnkey obligations as specified under this Contract. Payment for such work shall be due and payable within the period specified in Appendix A, following receipt of invoice by Operator.

References to the obligations of Contractor under this Agreement as being “turnkey” and performing the Work on a “turnkey basis” means that Contractor is obligated to complete the Work such that the Project satisfies the applicable terms, conditions, Performance Guarantees, Substantial Completion Guaranteed Dates, the other guarantees as set forth in Exhibit I-1 and the requirements set forth in this Agreement, all for the Separated Contract Price.
Turnkey Basis. Payment of the Contract Price mentioned in Clause 2.1 here above shall be made in accordance with Para 3.12 of the Conditions of Contract SICET 2A attached hereto as Annexure VIII, which forms part of this Agreement

References to the obligations of Contractor under this Agreement as being “turnkey” and performing the Work on a “turnkey basis” means that Contractor is obligated to supply all of the Equipment and Materials, labor and design services and to supply and perform all of the Work, in each case as may reasonably be required, necessary, incidental, or appropriate (whether or not specifically set forth in this Agreement) to complete the Work such that the Project satisfies the applicable terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Agreement, all for the Contract Price.
