Common use of Two Consecutive Days Off Clause in Contracts

Two Consecutive Days Off. (a) Employees shall receive no less than two (2) consecutive days off in every two week period, unless single days off are arranged by mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee(s) affected. (b) Employees shall receive four (4) days rest in every two (2) week period, of which at least two (2) will be consecutive as stated above.
