Type 3. High Performance Sound Control Partitions, scope of use: Use at all surrounds for interview rooms, Fair Hearing Room, staff area rest rooms (note: public rest rooms shall be Type 2) and conference rooms. 7.2.4.1. All gypsum board partitions shall be full height and extend from floor to underside of floor/roof deck above (unless otherwise noted). Extend partition framing full height to floor/roof deck above ceilings. Continue framing over doors and openings and frame around ducts penetrating partitions above ceiling to provide support for gypsum board. Install framing around structural and other members below floor/roof slabs and decks, as needed, to support gypsum board closures needed to make partitions continuous from floor to underside of solid structure. 7.2.4.2. All “interior of room” gypsum board partitions shall be constructed of one layer of 5/8” gypsum wallboard installed on face of stud and overlayed with one layer of 5/8” gypsum wallboard. The opposing side of the effected wall shall be constructed of one layer of 5/8” wallboard minimum or as required by the adjacent room’s Gypsum Wallboard – Wall Systems specifications. 7.2.4.3. All gypsum board partitions shall be installed with sound attenuation insulation, e.g. 3” THERMAFIBER SAFB, or equal. Said sound attenuation insulation shall be installed full height and extend from the floor to the underside of the floor/deck.

  • Category 5+ 1. Eligibility for Category 5+ a. An employee with a Teacher Qualification Service (TQS) Category 5 and an additional 30 semester credits, or equivalent, as accepted by TQS; i. Credits must be equivalent to standards in British Columbia’s public universities in the opinion of the TQS. ii. Credits must be in no more than two (2) areas of study relevant to the British Columbia public school system. iii. At least 24 semester credits of the total requirement of 30 semester credits, or equivalent, must be completed at the senior level. b. Post undergraduate diplomas agreed to by the TQS; or c. Other courses or training recognized by the TQS. 2. Criteria for Category 5+ a. The eligibility requirements pursuant to Article B.12.1 must not have been used to obtain Category 5. 3. Salary Rate Calculation a. Category 5+ shall be seventy-four percent (74%) of the difference between Category 5 and Category 6 except where a superior salary rate calculation remained as at March 31, 2006 and / or during the term of the 2006-2011 Provincial Collective Agreement. 4.   • Trunk Types 2.2.1 In interconnecting their networks pursuant to this Attachment, the Parties will use, as appropriate, the following separate and distinct trunk groups: 2.2.1.1 Interconnection Trunks for the transmission and routing of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, translated LEC IntraLATA toll free service access code (e.g., 800/888/877) traffic, and IntraLATA Toll Traffic, between their respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers, Tandem Transit Traffic, and, Measured Internet Traffic, all in accordance with Sections 5 through 8 of this Attachment; 2.2.1.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access traffic, including translated InterLATA toll free service access code (e.g., 800/888/877) traffic, between Ymax Telephone Exchange Service Customers and purchasers of Switched Exchange Access Service via a Verizon access Tandem in accordance with Sections 9 through 11 of this Attachment; and 2.2.1.3 Miscellaneous Trunk Groups as mutually agreed to by the Parties, including, but not limited to: (a) choke trunks for traffic congestion and testing; and, (b) untranslated IntraLATA/InterLATA toll free service access code (e.g. 800/888/877) traffic. 2.2.2 Other types of trunk groups may be used by the Parties as provided in other Attachments to this Agreement (e.g., 911/E911 Trunks) or in other separate agreements between the Parties (e.g., directory assistance trunks, operator services trunks, BLV/BLVI trunks or trunks for 500/555 traffic). 2.2.3 In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Parties will deploy One-Way Interconnection Trunks (trunks with traffic going in one direction, including one-way trunks and uni-directional two-way trunks) and/or Two-Way Interconnection Trunks (trunks with traffic going in both directions). 2.2.4 Ymax shall establish, at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA, separate Interconnection Trunk group(s) between such POI(s) and each Verizon Tandem in a LATA with a subtending End Office(s) to which Ymax originates calls for Verizon to terminate. 2.2.5 In the event the volume of traffic between a Verizon End Office and a technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA, which is carried by a Final Tandem Interconnection Trunk group, exceeds (a) the Centium Call Seconds (Hundred Call Seconds) busy hour equivalent of one (1) DS1 at any time; (b) 200,000 minutes of use for a single month; and/or; (c) 600 busy hour Centium Call Seconds (BHCCS) of use for a single month: (i) if One-Way Interconnection Trunks are used, the originating Party shall promptly establish new or augment existing End Office One-Way Interconnection Trunk groups between the Verizon End Office and the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network; or,

  • Baggage and Cargo THE CARRIER shall be liable for loss, destruction or damage to cargo or checked baggage if the act causing the damages occurred while the cargo or baggage was under the custody of THE CARRIER or its employees, either on board of an aircraft or at any other place.

  • Designated Prescription Drug Prescribers and Pharmacies We may limit your selection of a pharmacy to a single pharmacy location and/or a single prescribing provider or practice. Those members subject to this designation include, but are not limited to, members that have a history of: • being prescribed prescription drugs by multiple providers; • having prescriptions drugs filled at multiple pharmacies; • being prescribed certain long-acting opioids and other controlled substances, either in combination or separately, that suggests a need for monitoring due to: o quantities dispensed; o daily dosage range; or o the duration of therapy exceeds reasonable and established thresholds.
