TYPES OF INJURIES Sample Clauses
The "Types of Injuries" clause defines and categorizes the specific kinds of injuries that are relevant under the terms of the agreement. It typically outlines which physical, psychological, or other forms of harm are covered, and may distinguish between minor and serious injuries or specify exclusions. By clearly identifying what constitutes an injury for the purposes of the contract, this clause ensures clarity for all parties and helps prevent disputes over coverage or liability.
