Dues deductions shall be made in equal installments throughout the academic year, with deductions beginning with the first payroll immediately following timely submission of the deduction authorization. 26.1.2 Once a faculty member on a quarterly or annual contract has had deductions taken, any deductions in subsequent contract periods shall automatically begin with the first pay period. 26.1.3 Deductions shall remain in effect until such time as the individual faculty member is no longer an employee of the College, or until revoked by written authorization by the individual faculty member by October 15 of the year he or she wished to withdraw his or her membership. 26.1.4 Dues deducted shall be remitted to UFE within a reasonable time after the distribution of payroll, along with a list of enrolled members and the amount deducted. 26.1.5 UFE will indemnify and hold the College harmless against any liability which may arise by reason of any action taken by the College to comply with the provisions of this Article, including reimbursement for any legal fees or expenses incurred in connection with such action. 26.1.6 After the beginning of each quarter the College shall provide UFE with a quarterly roster of all bargaining unit members. The list shall include available home addresses and home phone numbers. UFE will be notified of all newly hired bargaining unit members.

  • Club Dues The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for the monthly membership dues actually incurred by the Executive for one fitness or country club membership maintained by the Executive; provided that the payable or reimbursable amount shall not exceed $700 per month or such additional amount as may be subsequently approved by the Board or a committee thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, except as specifically provided for above, the Company shall not pay or reimburse the Executive for any other expenses associated with such club membership (including, but not limited to, any initiation fees and personal expenditures at such club).

  • Reimbursement of Business Expenses The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company, subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to time.

  • REIMBURSEMENT FOR MILEAGE AND INSURANCE 1. An employee who is required by their employer to use their private vehicle for school district related purposes shall receive reimbursement of: Effective July 1, 2019 $ 0.56 c/Km Effective July 1, 2020 $ 0.57 c/Km Effective July 1, 2021 $ 0.58 c/Km 2. The mileage reimbursement rate established in Article B.10.1 shall be increased by 5 cents/kilometer for travel that is approved and required on unpaved roads. 3. The employer shall reimburse an employee who is required to use their personal vehicle for school district purposes, the difference in premium costs between ICBC rate Class 002 (Pleasure to/from Work) and ICBC rate Class 007 (Business Class) where the employee is required to purchase additional insurance in order to comply with ICBC regulations respecting the use of one’s personal vehicle for business purposes.

  • Union Dues 2.1.5.1 The Employer shall deduct from the monthly wages or salary of each Employee in the Bargaining Unit, whether or not the Employee is a member of the Union, the amount of the regular monthly dues payable to the Union by a member of the Union, and shall require as a condition of employment that each Employee make and maintain whatever authorization is required for this deduction. 2.1.5.2 The Employer shall deduct from any Employee who is a member of the Union any assessments levied in accordance with the Union Constitution and/or By-Laws owing by the Employee to the Union each month and membership dues or payments in lieu thereof shall be considered as owing in the month for which they are deducted. 2.1.5.3 All deductions shall be remitted to the agent appointed by the Union not later than ten (10) days after the date of deduction. The Employer shall also provide a list of names and classifications of those Employees from whose salaries such deductions have been made together with the amounts deducted from each Employee. 2.1.5.4 Before the Employer is obliged to deduct any amount under Articles 2.1.5.1 and 2.1.5.2, the Union must advise the Employer in writing of the amount of its regular monthly dues. The amount so advised shall continue to be the amount of its regular monthly dues and shall continue to be the amount to be deducted until changed by further written notice to the Employer signed by the President or Executive Director of the Union. Upon receipt of such notice, such changed amount shall be the amount deducted. 2.1.5.5 From the date of signing of this Agreement and for its duration, no Employee organization other than the Union shall be permitted to have membership dues or other monies deducted by the Employer from the pay of the Employees in the Bargaining Unit. 2.1.5.6 The Employer shall supply each Employee, without charge, a receipt for income tax purposes in the amount of the deductions paid to the Union by the Employee in the previous year. Such receipts shall be provided to the Employee prior to March 1 of the succeeding year.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.
