Common use of Unavailability of Services Clause in Contracts

Unavailability of Services. I understand and agree that the Services may at times be temporarily unavailable due to the Credit Union system maintenance or technical difficulties including those of the Internet service provider Internet software or mobile application. It is my sole responsibility to verify that items deposited using the Services have been received and accepted for deposit by you.
