Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs) Clause Samples

Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs). 2.2.1 BellSouth shall make available the following UVLs:
Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs). 2.12.1 AT&T shall make available the following UVLs: Version: 4Q06 Standard ICA 11/30/06
Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs). 2.7.1 When a UNE Local Loop is ordered to a high voltage area, the Parties understand and agree that such UNE Loop will require High Voltage Protective Equipment (HVPE) (e.g., a positron), to ensure the safety and integrity of the network, the Parties’ employees and/or representatives, and Sprint’s End User. Therefore, any request by Sprint for a UNE Loop to a high voltage area will be submitted by Sprint to AT&T-9STATE via the BFR process set forth in General Terms and Conditions and Sprint shall be required to pay AT&T-9STATE for any HVPE that is provisioned by AT&T-9STATE to Sprint in connection with Sprint’s UNE Local Loop order to the high voltage area. 2.7.2 AT&T-9STATE shall make available the following UVLs:
Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs). 2.1.2.3.1 UVLs will be offered in two different service levels - Service Level One (SL1) and Service Level Two (SL2). 2.1.2.3.1.1 SL1 loops are 2-wire loop-start circuits and will be non-designed, will not have test points, and will come with OC, OC-TS and engineering information/circuit make-up data as chargeable options. Upon issuance of an order in the service order system, SL1 loops will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type loops for its customers. If Rhythms requests work to be done for SL1s that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will be applied according to actual costs based on type of force group required to perform the work, overtime hours worked and any special circumstances. 2.1.2.3.1.2 SL2 loops shall have test points, will be designed with a DLR provided to Rhythms, and will be provided with OC. SL2 loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits and may be provisioned with loop-start, ground-start, or reverse-battery signaling. The OC feature will allow Rhythms to coordinate the installation of the loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.

Related to Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs)

  • Unbundled Loops 2.1.1 BellSouth agrees to offer access to unbundled loops pursuant to the following terms and conditions and at the rates set forth in Attachment 11.

  • Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) 2.4.1 BellSouth shall make available Unbundled Copper Loops (UCLs). The UCL is a copper twisted pair Loop that is unencumbered by any intervening equipment (e.g., filters, load coils, range extenders, digital loop carrier, or repeaters) and is not intended to support any particular telecommunications service. The UCL will be offered in two types – Designed and Non-Designed.

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation 35.5.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Collocation are set forth in Table Two of this Agreement. 35.6. Call Related Databases 6.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Call Related Databases purchased pursuant to Part J are set forth in Table One of this Agreement.
