Common use of Unified Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Unified Enrollment. The Parties acknowledge that a unified enrollment system is currently being developed by an organization known as Enroll Indy. The Parties agree that, if IPS participates in a system for unified enrollment, whether the system is developed by Enroll Indy or otherwise, the School will participate in the system in substantially the same manner as other similarly situated IPS schools, including any marketing or student recruitment opportunities provided to similarly situated IPS schools. The Parties further agree that, if the unified enrollment system in which IPS elects to participate would not permit the enrollment preferences set forth in Section 1.05 above, the School would not be required to participate in the system.
