Uniform Allowance and Eligibility. All uniformed Animal Services employees, as determined by the County, will receive a $30.00 a month uniform allowance. To each newly hired uniformed Animal Services employee, the County agrees to make a one-time issue of a clean set of trousers and shirts for each regularly assigned workday during the employee’s normal workweek. Additionally, the County agrees to make a one-time issue of one jacket and uniform belt for each newly hired uniformed Animal Services employee. 38.1.1.1 In addition to the uniform items specified above, all Animal Control Officers will receive a one-time issue of the following items in addition to the items listed above:
Uniform Allowance and Eligibility. For temporary employees who are in classifications covered by this agreement who are required to wear a uniform, the County will provide those temporary employees with a set of work clothes for each regularly assigned working day, and a replacement set of work clothes as necessary. The temporary employees shall be responsible for the normal care and cleaning of these work clothes. Temporary employees who are in classifications eligible for safety boot allowance pursuant to MOU section 38.1.6.3 will be eligible upon hire for reimbursement of up to $200 for the cost of boots and after every 2080 working hours thereafter. Departments shall have the right to require that employees wear safety boots appropriate for the type of work to be performed as determined by each department.

The intent is to eliminate the need to process separate allowance checks. 37.1.4 After this one-time issuance, should the employee require replacement of any of the uniform items listed, during the course of their employment with the County, it shall be at the expense of the employee.

  • General Eligibility i. Except as provided in paragraph 2 (a)(ii) below, a teacher who received an evaluation rating of needs improvement or ineffective in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary. ii. A teacher who is in the first two full school years of instructing students who receives an evaluation rating of improvement necessary is eligible for salary increase.

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • Program Eligibility The COUNTY shall provide eligibility determination for those persons applying for home repair under this Agreement by using the following factors: 1. The applicant is a resident of the CITY; and 2. The total income for all members of the applicant’s household does not exceed 80% of the median income of the Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and 3. The applicant is the homeowner and must have occupied the property as a primary residence for at least six (6) months; 4. The property to be repaired is within the corporate limits of the CITY; and 5. When required, medical need will be substantiated and documented.
