UNIFORM RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION. When applicable, SUBRECIPIENT agrees to comply with: 1 . The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), and implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24 and 24 CFR §570.606(b); 2 . The requirements of 24 CFR §570.606(c) governing the Residential Anti-displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under section 104(d) of the HCD Act; and 3. The requirements in 24 CFR §570.606(d) governing optional relocation policies. SUBRECIPIENT shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR §570.606(b)(2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition, or conversion for a CDBG-assisted project. COMPLIANCE WITH TAX LAWS. The SUBRECIPIENT certifies that they have authority and knowledge regarding the payment of taxes, and that to the best of their knowledge are not in violation of any Oregon Tax Laws. For purposes of this certification, “Oregon Tax Laws” are those tax laws imposed by ORS 320.005 to 320.150 and ORS 403.200 to 403.250 and ORS Chapters 118, 314, 316, 317, 318, 321 and 323; the elderly rental assistance program under ORS 310.630 to 310.706; and any local tax laws administered by the Oregon Department of Revenue under ORS 305.620.

UNIFORM RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION. Parties to this Agreement will comply with the provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1979 (P.L. 91-646) which requires fair and equitable treatment of persons displaced as a result of Federal and federally-assisted programs.

  • Relocation Assistance The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, (42 U.S.C. § 4601), prohibits unfair treatment of persons displaced or whose property has been acquired because of Federal or Federal-aid programs and projects.

  • Termination Assistance Upon nearing the end of the final term or termination of this Agreement, without respect to cause, the Party shall take all reasonable and prudent measures to facilitate any transition required by the State. All State property, tangible and intangible, shall be returned to the State upon demand at no additional cost to the State in a format acceptable to the State.

  • Outplacement Assistance 12.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the two (2) year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Executive’s Base Salary as of the effective date of termination.
