Common use of Union and Company Relations Clause in Contracts

Union and Company Relations. 29.01 On the request of either party, the parties could meet at least once every two (2) months until this Agreement is terminated, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace which affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement. The Union may be represented at any such consultation meeting by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Local President. The Employer may be represented at any such consultation by the Branch Manager or Executive Director. Should either party wish to have any additional representation present for such meetings, such representatives shall be permitted to attend on consent of the other party.
